2015-2016
Kitchen Helper at Charles & De
I got my first job at 14 years at the restaurant of Charles Tjessem, the winner of Bocouse d'Or 2003.
2017
Dishwasher Assistant at Mondo
At 16 years, I got my first exposure to fine dining. I became surrounded by people competing at the highest level of the culinary arts.
Oct 2018 & Oct 2019
Dishwasher Assistant for Team Norway at Bocuse d'Or
Led by Christian Andre Pettersen, I was part of the team winning gold medal in 2018 and bronze medal in 2019.
2019-2020
Apprentice at RE-NAA
My two-year apprentice period was at the Stavanger-based restaurant boasting two Michelin stars.
Sept 2021
Commis at Bocuse d'Or Norway
My first experience playing a pivotal role in competitive culinary arts. Team Runa Kvendseth awarded the bronze medal.
2021-2022
Chef at Fisketorget Stavanger
The busiest restaurant in Stavanger. I gained invaluable experience and skills.
Oct 2022
Team PHS receives Bronze at the
Norwegian Championship of Culinary Arts
Team PHS was awarded bronze in its first ever culinary competition. We eagerly look forward to building upon this result.
2023
Chef at Tango Stavanger
I am currently Chef at the Tango Stavanger. Here, everyday is an opportunity to further improve my skills and knowledge.

TPHS at Bocuse d'Or Norway
Young Chef of the Year
TPHS secured a bronze medal at the Norway Young Chef of the Year. We hope to enhance our performance in the coming years.
